PRIMAL FEAR: First '10 Years Of Metal' European Dates With MYSTIC PROPHECY Announced

German melodic metallers PRIMAL FEAR will embark on the "10 Years of Metal" European tour in April/May. Support on the shows will come from MYSTIC PROPHECY. The first confirmed dates are as follows:

Apr. 25 - D - Berlin, K17
Apr. 26 - D - Reichenbach, Die Halle
Apr. 27 - D - Pirmasens, Quasimodo
Apr. 29 - D - Augsburg, Spectrum
Apr. 30 - D - Bochum, Matrix
May 02 - B - Vosselaar, Biebob
May 03 - NL - Helmond, Plato
May 09 - D - Frankfurt, Die Halle
May 10 - CH - Uster, Rock City

PRIMAL FEAR's new album, "New Religion", last year landed on the Swedish chart at No. 67. It also entered the German chart at No. 60. "[This is] the [PRIMAL FEAR's] highest chart entry since 'Black Sun' in 2002," according to the band.

"New Religion" will be released in the U.S. on January 29, 2008 via Locomotive/Ryko. Guest musicians on the album include Magnus Karlsson (STARBREAKER, ALLEN/LANDE),Kai Hansen (GAMMA RAY, ex-HELLOWEEN) and Simone Simons (EPICA).
